Toxic Mold Inspector |
We service homes, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, schools, industrial facilities,
Go to the city and follow the link for a qualified Professional Mold Inspection in your area. The first step is to have an experienced mold inspector check your building. The inspection should follow the guidelines set up by EPA. No other Inspection firm we know of follows the EPA guidelines or provides any or few of the below listed items. An inspection report may have no value if the report does not include the following;
1. A clearly defined scope of work, if any work is needed, proximating the limits of the work, start and end point, when possible.
2. Recommendations, suggesting equipment, methods and procedures to fix a problem.
3. An estimation of the source/s that is causing the problem/s.
4. A cost estimate, including mold cleanup, abatement and repairs.
5. Sampling using the newest methods for testing, reject petri dish test or self test kits.
Without having a scope of work in the report you wont need a report. We get calls from clients who had an inspection done but can't use the report due to the lack of knowledge the inspector/handyman has. Most other inspection firms cannot interpret a mold laboratory report, provide recommendations or locate a problem source. The same goes for most Environmental Consultants and CIH's.
We will interpret the reports and we are available for any question you may have. We can provide rapid results, e-mailed reports, everything you need to make a quick decision.
